5 Simple Yoga Poses To Reduce Even the MOST Stubborn Belly Fat

It is very hard to eliminate abdominal fat and doing yoga while trying a proper diet can be such effective as going to the gym.

The yoga poses that are most effective in eliminating belly fat are:

-The Cobra Pose (Bhujang Asana)

This pose helps tightening the abs and improves the upper body posture.

Lie down on the back, stretch your legs, put your hands under your shoulders and start raising yourself. Start with the chest, bend yourself and keep the position for 30 seconds.

-The Bow Pose (Dhanurasana)

Lie down on your stomach with your arms at the sides of your body, bend your knees and take the ankles with your hands.  Lift your legs high and hold for a minute, the return to the original position.

-The Pontoon Pose ( Nuakasana)

Lie down with your legs together and the arms by your side, lift your legs without bending and make a 45 degree angle with your posture.

-The Plank Pose (Kumbhakasana)

With your knees under the hips and the palms on the floor, move your feet backwards and stretch the legs behind the body with the toes curled. Hold for a minute and repeat.

-The Wind Easing Pose (Pavanamukthasana)

Lie on the floor with the arms and legs extended and bend your knees. Pull the knees to your chest, let go of the arms and hold for 1.5 minutes.

Practice the positions 3-4 times daily, 2-3 times a week.
